KDR Industries is a family-run metal fabrication and welding shop based in Billings, Montana. We founded the company in 2021, but the experience behind every weld goes back more than 30 years. That depth of craft shapes everything we build, repair, and install for customers across Yellowstone County and the surrounding communities.
We started KDR Industries because we saw a need for a local shop that combines serious technical skill with genuine customer care. Being a family business means we treat every job like our name is on it, because it is. We are fully licensed and insured, and we back every project with a free estimate so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
Our shop handles a wide range of metal fabrication and welding work. We cut, form, and weld custom steel parts, fabricate vehicle bumpers, repair trailers, and produce precision components using CNC plasma cutting. We also create metal sign art for homeowners and businesses who want something durable and one of a kind.
Beyond the shop floor, we build structures. KDR Industries designs and installs structural steel, erects pre-engineered metal buildings, and frames wood structures for residential and commercial clients. If your project needs a strong foundation and clean execution, we have the tools and the crew to deliver it.
We serve customers throughout Billings, Laurel, Lockwood, Acton, Molt, Park City, Joliet, and the broader Yellowstone County area. When a job site is too far from the shop or the equipment cannot come to us, our mobile welding service brings the work to you.
